Models come from multiple providers

Torve AI is a gateway to models supplied through different third-party providers. We manage API access, plan limits and routing, while those providers operate the underlying models. Their capacity, outages, maintenance, account restrictions and model changes can affect your requests.

We cannot guarantee that every listed model will remain available at all times, or that every provider will support the same features, speed or response format. Models, routes, capabilities and plan access may change. A catalog listing describes the current configuration; it is not an uptime or permanent-access guarantee.

We use reasonable efforts to maintain service and publish observed request results on our status page. Those results reflect recent traffic, may lag an incident and do not predict future availability. No recent traffic means availability has not been observed.

Plans and monthly tokens

A subscription supplies the token quota and rate limits shown for your active plan. It does not buy a guaranteed number of successful requests from a particular model. Team has no monthly token ceiling, while its RPM and other operational limits still apply.

Input and output usage count toward the monthly quota. At the next cycle, the quota renews; unused tokens expire and do not roll over. Referral bonuses follow the current cycle’s expiry. Provider feature support, including image input, is separate from your plan quota.

Use and protect your account

Keep API keys private and revoke compromised keys. Use the service only for lawful activity and content you are allowed to submit. Follow applicable provider restrictions and respect rate limits. Do not use the service to bypass access controls or interfere with other users.

AI output can be inaccurate. Review it before relying on it, especially where mistakes could cause harm. You remain responsible for how you use the output.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

Review the plan, currency, duration and amount before paying. A paid plan starts after payment verification and activation. Once a plan has been purchased and activated, the payment is non-refundable, including when you decide not to use the plan or stop using it before the end of its term. Unused time and unused tokens do not create a refund or credit.

You may stop using the plan at any time. If you ask us to cancel future renewals, the active paid term remains available until its stated end date, and cancellation does not refund the current term. If no recurring renewal is enabled, the plan simply expires at the end of its term.

If you were charged twice, payment was taken but the plan was not activated, or an applicable law requires a refund, contact support with your order reference. We will review the payment and resolve it as required. Do not send an API key or password.

Images and provider processing

Submitted prompts, images and other request content must be sent to the selected provider to generate a response. Avoid sending content you are not authorized to share. Read our privacy policy and image input guide before sending sensitive or private images.
